What is the difference between Premium and Pro?

Premium ($24/month) covers unlimited trades, unlimited AI coaching, backtesting, automated MT4/MT5 broker sync, Bybit/Binance/KuCoin integration, performance analytics, and up to 5 prop firm challenges. Pro ($49/month) adds the Benchmark Network (anonymous peer percentiles), unlimited broker accounts, custom strategy playbooks, PDF tax reports, multi-account management, custom webhooks, and advanced API access.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your TradeInsights subscription at any time from your account settings. You retain full access until the end of your current billing period with no penalty.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes. Paying annually saves up to 33%. The Premium annual plan is $192/year ($16/month, saving $96/yr) and the Pro annual plan is $390/year ($33/month, saving $198/yr).

Do you accept cryptocurrency payments?

Yes. TradeInsights accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Solana, BNB, and Tron in addition to credit and debit cards via Stripe.

TradeInsights connects to MT4 and MT5 brokers via MetaApi (Exness, IC Markets, Pepperstone, XM, and 1,000+ brokers), plus direct API integration with Bybit, Binance, and KuCoin. Manual CSV import is available for all other platforms.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel any time from Settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged again after that.

Is my trading data secure?

All broker connections are strictly read-only — TradeInsights cannot execute trades or access funds. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never sold to third parties.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, PayPal, and multiple cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC across multiple networks).

Is there a mobile app?

TradeInsights is a fully responsive web app optimised for mobile browsers. It works as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on iOS and Android — add it to your home screen for an app-like experience.
