Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your TradeInsights subscription at any time through your account settings (Settings → Subscription) or by contacting us at [email protected].

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to the Service until then.
• After paid access ends, your account returns to its free-access cohort. Your data remains stored, subject to that cohort's access and storage limits.
• Recurring subscriptions renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. One-time payment options do not renew automatically.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except in the circumstances described in Section 3 below.

• No pro-rated refunds are provided for the unused portion of a billing period after cancellation.
• Downgrading from a higher plan to a lower plan does not entitle you to a refund of the price difference for the current period.

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Billing errors: Duplicate charges or charges for the incorrect amount caused by our systems.
• Service outages: Prolonged service unavailability exceeding 72 consecutive hours that is directly attributable to TradeInsights and not to third-party services or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised charges: Charges that you did not authorise and reported within 30 days of the charge.

Submit billing-error or outage requests within 14 days of the charge. Submit an unauthorised-charge report within 30 days. These windows do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
2. Include your account email address, the charge date, the amount, and a description of the issue.
3. We will acknowledge and review the request. Additional identity, payment, or transaction evidence may be required.
4. If approved, the refund will be submitted through the available payment method. Bank, processor, wallet, and network timing are outside TradeInsights's control.

Subscriptions paid in cryptocurrency are subject to the same general refund policy as card payments (Sections 2–4 above), with the following crypto-specific terms:

• Asset and network: If a crypto refund is approved, support will confirm the available asset, network, destination address, amount, and any network fee before sending it. Do not assume an exchange deposit address can receive a return transfer.
• Amount: Where permitted by law, network fees required to send an approved refund may be deducted from the returned amount. Market-price changes do not create an additional refund entitlement.
• Wrong-network sends: Recovery may be technically impossible. Always match the asset, network, amount, and address shown at checkout. Contact [email protected] with the transaction hash if an error occurs; recovery is not guaranteed.
• Underpayments: A payment below the invoiced amount does not activate the subscription automatically. Contact support before sending another transaction so the correct next step can be verified.
• Expired payment windows: The checkout displays the active payment deadline. A transfer detected after that deadline is not automatically matched to or guaranteed to activate the original quote; contact support with the transaction hash for review.

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current subscription price unless you cancel before the renewal date. One-time payment options expire at the end of the purchased period and require manual renewal.

Your Subscription settings show the applicable renewal or expiration date. To prevent a recurring renewal, cancel through Settings → Subscription before that date.

Eligible accounts can try Premium or Pro free for 7 days with a card upfront, then pay $24/month or $49/month automatically unless canceled before the first charge. Previously granted card trials continue under their agreed terms. Cancel before the displayed first-charge date to avoid the upcoming charge. Trial cancellation is not a refund of a completed charge. Existing trial and grandfathered access commitments remain honored.

We encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly and directly.

Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account and may be reported to payment processors.

TradeInsights reserves the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes via email or prominent notice on the Platform. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
