• You must not rely solely on AI-generated insights when making any trading or investment decision.
• The platform makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content.
• Multiple AI models may be used to generate responses; outputs may vary between sessions.

The bar-by-bar backtesting engine allows you to replay historical price data and simulate trading decisions. All backtesting results are hypothetical and simulated. You acknowledge that:

• Simulated results do not represent actual trading or investment results and have not been achieved with real money.
• Backtests are conducted under idealised conditions and do not account for real-world factors including slippage, liquidity constraints, partial fills, brokerage commissions, or psychological biases.
• Historical price data used in backtests is sourced from third parties and may be incomplete, delayed, or adjusted.
• Hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations and do not predict or guarantee future results in any way.
• You are solely responsible for any real-world trading decisions informed by backtesting outputs.

The Prop Firm Challenge Tracker is a personal record-keeping tool only. You acknowledge that:

• TradeInsights is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any proprietary trading firm.
• Challenge parameters displayed are user-entered and may not reflect current or actual firm rules.
• The platform does not provide real-time risk management or enforce prop firm rules on your behalf.
• TradeInsights shall not be liable for any funded account suspension, challenge failure, payout denial, or financial loss arising from use of this feature.
• Always verify your challenge rules and account status directly with your prop firm.

The Anonymous Peer Benchmarking feature compares your aggregated performance against other opted-in users. You acknowledge that:

• Participation is entirely voluntary and can be disabled at any time in Settings.
• Benchmarks reflect only the opted-in TradeInsights user population and do not represent all traders or any professional benchmark.
• Percentile rankings and Trader Scores are for self-reflection only and do not constitute investment advice or performance guarantees.
• Benchmark data is based on user-submitted information which is not independently verified.

Trading or investing in cryptocurrencies and digital assets carries additional risks beyond those of traditional financial markets. You acknowledge that:

• Extreme volatility. Cryptocurrency prices can move 20–80% or more within hours. You could lose your entire investment in a very short period.
• Exchange counterparty risk. Centralised exchanges can freeze withdrawals, become insolvent, or be hacked. Assets held on exchanges are not insured by government schemes (e.g., FDIC, FSCS).
• Smart contract risk. DeFi protocols and smart contracts may contain undiscovered code vulnerabilities that can result in permanent loss of funds.
• Regulatory risk. The regulatory environment for digital assets is evolving rapidly and varies by jurisdiction. Assets or activities that are legal today may be restricted or prohibited in the future.
• Irreversibility. On-chain transactions are generally irreversible. Errors in wallet addresses or transaction parameters can result in permanent loss.
• Liquidity risk. Many tokens have thin order books. Large positions can be difficult to exit without significant price impact.
• No FDIC or SIPC protection. Cryptocurrency holdings are not protected by any government deposit insurance or investor protection scheme.
